So, tomorrow I am starting a 7-day detox diet.
Today we went to the store and I bought a bazillion fruits and veggies, three boneless skinless chicken breasts, and a half gallon of skim milk. That's all I'll be consuming in the next week.
I also made "wonder soup", which can be consumed on every day in unlimited quantites.
The recipe is as follows:
- 64 ounces water
- 6 large onions
- 2 green peppers
- 3 whole tomatoes
- 1 cabbage
- 1 bunch of celery
Boil all ingredients together for 45 minutes and season to taste.
Pretty much the only things I like in that is the celery and tomatoes. So I'm probably going to be choking it down.
Day 1 (Monday) is all fruits, except no bananas. Shouldn't be too bad.
I'll try to give daily updates on how it's going. And at the end, I'll give a weight loss update (as tracked by my new Wii Fit!).

i've had the desire to go on a detox (one where you basically have a vegan diet, with no caffeine for a month) but couldn't find the strenth to go through with it. why did you decide to do this? GOOD LUCK!! Day 1.
