5 Steps to Creating the Perfect Relaxing Escape:

1. Light your favorite candle - mine is Mari Paige by Secret Gardens

2. Set aside a good book - I would recommend Twilight, perfect escape into a fantasy world

3. Turn on some good music - I have a playlist specifically for my relaxation time which includes songs such as Falling Slowly by The Frames, Already Gone by Kelly Clarkson, I Told You So by Carrie Underwood, You Raise Me Up by Josh Groban, etc.

4. Get yourself something good to drink - my current preference is Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper

5. Bubbles!
