Let’s reminisce…
Here I am, the blushing bride on my big day!
And here’s one of my faves from my bridal portrait that made me feel like a fairy tale princess and shows off my dress, which was featured in Cosmopolitan magazine about 4 months after I bought it! I'm such a trend setter.
You may now kiss the bride!
YAY! We’re married!
Here is the whole wedding party… yes, our colors were red, black, and white (which, I just realized, were our high school colors, but that is ENTIRELY coincidental). This was about one year before I fell in love with the color pink.

If you look really closely, you can see that there is a goldfish in the bowl. This idea came to us because we were at my friend Elizabeth's wedding earlier that summer and she used bowls very similar (actually, we used some of her bowls!) and we thought they looked like they could be goldfish bowls. So we decided they were!

Who is that caped creature, you ask? None other than Captain Cane, the TU Golden Hurricane mascot! (We were students at TU at the time…)
And here we are driving off in John's awesome Camaro to go to Jamaica for our honeymoon!
I can’t believe it’s been 4 years already! I must be getting old...
