All About Me =)

So I created this blog because I learned that I enjoy blogging but wanted to keep Violet's blog all about her and not my randomness...

As my first post, I decided to fill out a survey all about me!

1. WERE YOU NAMED AFTER ANYONE? Nope

2. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CRIED? It’s been awhile, although I do tear up every once in a while

3. DO YOU LIKE YOUR HANDWRITING? Yes, I actually have like 3 different handwritings and I like them all!

4. DO YOU HAVE KIDS? Yes, one (Violet)

5. IF YOU WERE ANOTHER PERSON WOULD YOU BE FRIENDS WITH YOU? I think so

6. DO YOU USE SARCASM A LOT? Moderately, yes

7. DO YOU STILL HAVE YOUR TONSILS? Yes, although the doctor’s wanted to remove them several times throughout my childhood…not sure how I still have them!

8. WOULD YOU BUNGEE JUMP? Totally! Actually, what would probably happen is I would go intending on bungee jumping and get there and totally wimp out. But then I would have to b/c I already committed and I’d do it and love it!

9. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE CEREAL? Cinnamon Toast Crunch

10. DO YOU UNTIE YOUR SHOES WHEN YOU TAKE THEM OFF? Never

11. DO YOU THINK YOU ARE STRONG? No, I know I am a weak-skate

12. FAVORITE ICE CREAM? Cookies & Cream or just plain Chocolate

13. WHAT IS THE FIRST THING YOU NOTICE ABOUT PEOPLE? This is going to sound really bad but their weight…

14. RED OR PINK? No question! PINK!

15. WHAT IS THE LEAST FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOURSELF? My lack of follow-through, especially when it comes to working out

16. WHO DO YOU MISS THE MOST? My friend Shannon from Colorado

17. WHAT COLOR SHOES ARE YOU WEARING? Silvery-gray & light blue Puma’s (I wanted pink ones but they didn’t have my size)

18. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU ATE? A banana for my mid-morning snack

19. WHAT ARE YOU LISTENING TO RIGHT NOW? Take Me on the Floor by the Veronicas

20. IF YOU WERE A CRAYON, WHAT COLOR WOULD YOU BE? Hot Pink

21. FAVORITE SMELL? Fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies

22. WHO WAS THE LAST PERSON YOU TALKED TO ON THE PHONE? My husband, John

23. FAVORITE SPORTS TO WATCH? Ice skating and gymnastics, although the sport most viewed on our TV would be golf or triathlons

24. HAIR COLOR? Blonde (both naturally and currently), but it’s been dyed about every color under the sun!

25. EYE COLOR? Blue

26. DO YOU WEAR CONTACTS? No, but if I did, I would want purple ones

27. FAVORITE FOOD? I know this is going to sound way nasty to most people, but I love liver! Not chicken liver though, just cow’s liver. And I love me some seafood (probably swordfish would be my fave).

28. SCARY MOVIES OR SAPPY ENDINGS? Totally sappy endings. I hate scary movies.

29. LAST MOVIE YOU WATCHED? The Heartbreak Kid

30. WHAT COLOR SHIRT ARE YOU WEARING? Purple & black stripey

31. SUMMER OR WINTER? Summer!

32. HUGS OR KISSES? Hugs

33. FAVORITE DESSERT? Too many to pick just one! I LOVE desserts! Pumpkin pie, brownies with chocolate chips, cherry crisp, funfetti cake, the list goes on and on

34. WHAT BOOK ARE YOU READING NOW? None right now. I just finished Breaking Dawn from the Twilight Saga (<3) a few months ago and have a new Mary Higgins Clark book set out but I haven’t started it yet…probably has something to do with a certain one year old.

35. WHAT IS ON YOUR MOUSE PAD? Well right now I’m at work so it has the Holly company values. At home we don’t have a mouse pad.

36. WHAT DID YOU WATCH ON TV LAST NIGHT? Shockingly enough, we didn’t watch TV last night…but that’s because we were out buying a new TV! =) But I probably would have watched me some NCIS reruns (it is summer…)

37. FAVORITE SOUND? My little girl’s laugh

38. ROLLING STONES OR BEATLES? Neither

39. WHAT IS THE FARTHEST YOU HAVE BEEN FROM HOME? Not sure which is farther from Oklahoma…Niagara Falls or Aruba

40. DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL TALENT? I can touch my tongue to my nose

41. WHERE WERE YOU BORN? Denver, Colorado
